Corroso bugnato Technique (Acid etched) It is used for unevenly corroded surfaces due to the use of rough wood shavings. An object is submerged in such shavings over which acid is then sprinkled. The wood absorbs the acid and affects the glass surface in an uneven way due to the irregular contact with the shavings.
The vivid solid green base shows the excellent use of the ‘Sommerso’ technique (Different colour layers)
