Returns and Cancellations

Accepting Returns and Giving Refunds. Our Policy

 

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have several rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, or repair where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Due to the nature of antique and vintage (second hand) goods Oresund Interiors sells, replacement and or repair will be impracticable due their scarcity. Therefore, if YOU the BUYER notify Oresund Interiors (THE SELLER) within 14 days that you wish to return the goods. On receipt of returned goods from the customer within 14 days of notification of intended return. Oresund Interiors will reimburse (refund) the buyer within 14 days of receiving the goods back so long as they are in good condition. Obviously if goods have been damaged in transit and that is the original reason for return that will be taken into account.

Right to return items (Right of Withdrawal)

Oresund Interiors operate within the law and under the EU and UK’s distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment receives a product, rather than at the time of sale.

Reasons for a refund, goods not arrived, goods damaged on arrival, goods misdescribed.

 

Cancellation of Goods

YOU the CUSTOMER have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. You do not need to give a reason for your cancellation. Cancellation must be in writing preferably by email to oresundinteriors@gmail.com.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) Oresund Interiors will refund you the cost of goods excluding delivery (unless the goods are faulty).
