Vintage Kosta Boda Chicko blue glass bowl designed by Bertil Vallien, No 59609
Bertil Vallien designed the Chicko series for Kosta Boda in 1996
A frosted exterior with a confetto of different coloured glass interspersed with the overall blue, the round body forming a ‘V’ shape sitting on a small conical foot. The rim of the bowl irregular and clear which catches the reflective light. The interior of the bowl is smooth and not frosted.
Hand engraved to the base, ‘Kosta Boda, Bertil Vallien 59609
The bowl is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or flea bites. Small scratches to the base. A Kosta Boda sticker to the side of the bowl below the rim.
