Royal Copenhagen Vintage Studio Vase
A tall rectangular vase featuring two textured raised panels on opposite sides depicting horses and flowers in brutalist relief form.
The glaze like that of the early Chinese Sung dynasty ceramics. A glazed interior suitable for displaying flowers with water.
Designer: designed by Jorgen Mogensen, Danish Potter (1927 – 2017).
Origin: Denmark
Ca. 1960s
Condition: Good vintage condition, no cracks, chips, or flea bites. Some visible light scratches to the base.
Marks: Impressed JM mark under the glaze and stamped Royal Copenhagen, Denmark, with the form number 21923 on the base
